Shipping Policy

Shipping the same Days (order & payment before 4pm)

  • All purchases made today will be immediately shipped out the same day before 4pm.

  • There is no shipped out every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

  • IIUM Student Mall understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • IIUM Student Mall will send out a payment confirmation email with the shipping address stated in the email.

  • Any incorrect shipping addresses can be changed by clicking on the My Account link in the mentioned email.

  • Shipping addresses can be changed before your products are packed by our company

  • IIUM Student Mall is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund in store credits. (Returned products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). 

 

With IIUM Student Mall,7 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

  • You can return your purchase within 7 days from the date of received.

  • Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging

  • Defect arises as a result of  damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products are not qualified for a return and refund

  • Colour of products may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor and are not qualified for a return and refund.​
